Year 5 have enjoyed practising their sewing skills this half term.  They practised a range of stitches then made a bag, making sure they took into account the seam allowance needed.  Once it had all been stitched, they decorated their final piece.

Well, the performances by the children in Y1 certainly did us proud.  Wilson and Josh and Holly, Jemimah, India and Maisie made it through the auditions and into today's final.  Both acts were AMAZING...but...there could only be one winner, the winner was...

This afternoon Year 3 got the opportunity to share their music learning with their parents. Children sang ‘This Is Me’ from ‘The Greatest Showman’, ‘Shotgun’ by George Ezra and a kenning poem called ‘Our School’ that the children wrote together. Year 5 had a great afternoon showcasing their musical talents.  Thank you very much to all those who attended.  I think you'll agree the singing was fantastic.

Thank you to all the parents who came to watch the children. They sang their hearts out and performed their instruments so well.
