A group of selected Parklands students will visit Year 4 to assist them with their R.E learning.
The Return of Rock Kidz!

Year 6 Mental Health Workshop
We understand the effects our ever-changing society is having on our pupils and their mental health, partiuclary our older pupils who are expereincing many changes. To support our Year 6 pupils in orderstadning the importance of looking after their mental health pupils will take part in an online interactive session. Bank Holiday
School is closed on Monday 6th May due to the annual bank holiday. Enjoy the long weekend!
Outdoor Adventurous Activity Festival
Selected pupils from years 3 and 4 will take part in an Outdoor Adventurous Activity Festival organised by Chorley School Sports Partnership. Pupils will be pre-selected and parents informed nearer the time by Mr Watts and Miss Watson. The event will take place at Astley Park for the selected pupils focusing on team building and social skills.
SATS Week
Year 6 pupils will sit thier end of Key Stage 2 SATS. As always we encourgae all pupils to try their best whilst reminding them that SATs don't show case all their amazing talents and the values that make them who they are.
Year 6 SATs Party
To celebrate the end of SATs week and the hard work and perseverance of our pupils, we are holding a special party day for our Year 6 pupils. Miss Baker will notfiy parents of details via class dojo. We have no doubt the day will be a very well desevered celebration.
EYFS and KS1 community singing performance
Parents, friends and family members will be invited to watch Year 1 and Year 2 showcase their musical talents through their signing performance. The event will take place on the afternoon of Tuesday 21st May. Mr Thomas and Miss Barnes will notify parents of details via class dojo nearer the time.
Year 5 and Year 6 Slavery Museum Trip

Year 1 and Year 2 Seaside Trip
As part of thier geography and history work, pupils in Year 1 and Year 2 will visit Lytham St Annes. Details will be sent out closer time from Mr Thomas and Mrs Barnes.
