Yesterday Year 3 went on their walk into the community to look at local water supplies. The weather was very kind to us and the children had lots of fun learning about rivers and being outdoors. We walked just over 2 miles and I was so proud of all the children during the walk.

We then came back to school and the children mapped out the route using a map of the local area. They couldn't believe how far they had walked.

We then got all the children's pre-learning out, which they did for their homework and they shared their learning with each other in class. I was so impressed with the knowledge, information and facts the children had learnt. Well done!
