Year 5 and 6 shone at Holly Cross High School Netball Competition last night.
Holly Cross High School was alive with energy and excitement this week as students took to the court for a thrilling netball competition that showcased not only athletic talent, but also determination, resilience, and outstanding sportsmanship.
From the first whistle to the final moments of play, players gave their all, pushing through challenges and supporting one another every step of the way. Their resilience was evident, particularly in matches where teams fought back from difficult positions, refusing to give up and continuing to play with heart and focus.
What stood out most during the competition was the strong sense of sportsmanship displayed by all involved. Players consistently showed respect for referees, applauded good play from opposing teams, and maintained a positive attitude regardless of the outcome.
