This week we have been thinking further about weather and in particular the wintery weather we are experiencing at the moment. We have been talking about the animals and plants living around our school. We decided it might be quite difficult for birds to find food at this time of year. 

We decided to make some bird feeders to help the birds in our area to survive the winter. Mrs Jolly came in to work with the children again and shared her design technology expertise to help the children to create some fantastic bird feeders. Mrs Jolly will be back in school next week to work with the rest of the class to finish these off. Thank you for your help Mrs Jolly on behalf of the children and also the birds in our area!
