To celebrate our differences and equalities in Year 1, we have completed work based upon this year's anti-bullying theme of: 'All different, all equal'.

The staff in KS1 dramatised a bullying scenario one morning and spoke with the children about what was happening and what they should do if they experience or see something that they are unhappy about.  We made anti-bullying posters and spoke about the importance os speaking out and telling someone they trust.  We also spoke about what a 'good' friend is and how they behave and we made 'good friend hands'.  Finally, on Friday, we came to school in our odd socks to celebrate our differences and equalities.

We all had a great time and learned about the importance of being a good friend.
