On Thursday Year 5 visited Southlands for a murder mystery day. At the beginning of the day the scene was set through a short piece of drama. Unfortunately a young lady by the name of Ivonna Beadored was murdered on the beach in Mexico!
It was up to the children to use their detective skills to discover who the murderer was. During the day they had to examine lots of evidence, study finger prints and interrogate the suspects. After completing these tasks, they had to conclude who the murderer was.
The chilren had a fantastic day and really enjoyed the activities, Their behaviour was excellent and they represented our school well.
