Happy new year to everyone from all in Year 4! We have all settled back now into our class after the Christmas break and are ready for all our new learning challenges. We are looking forward to starting our new topics- in Science we will be investigating sound and setting up our own experiments. In Geography, our Key Stage 2 topic is called 'Location, location, location and in our class the focus is on Europe. We will be using atlases and maps to locate the different countries of Europe, finding out about the important capital cities and exploring the physical and human features of Scandinavia, as well as being able to compare this region of Europe with where we live. We have lots of exciting things happening in the Spring term and we look forward to sharing them with you on our blog!
