We were involved in a variety of interesting activities during Anti Bullying Week which helped us to think about what we need to do if we are concerned about bullying. This year's theme was 'Make a noise about bullying' and our parents joined us for a sing a long!
Pro Direct came in to school to talk about racism in football and they reinforced with the children that it is totally unacceptable. Our entry for the speaking competition was a very moving poem about being lonely on the playground. We all did our best and performed well - but unfortunately we didn't win!
Finally,on Friday, pupils from Albany High School came in to perform a short play about bullying and how it makes people feel. They also worked with us to produce our own short drama piece.
