Yesterday Year 3 and Year 4 took part in a zoom call with a prehistoric caveman, who talked about what life was like in the Stone Age. He talked about food, hunting, houses, tools and even what pets he had. He also compared what life would be like in the north and south and how hard it could be at times. Both classes asked some exciting questions and gained lots of knowledge about life at this time.  It was lovely to see them becoming historians!

The children loved listening to the caveman and found out lots of interesting facts such as: they used wee to make the leather soft. I don’t think the children thought this was a good idea!
